The dinner at Pauls place in Bedum was prepared by chef Massimo Boomi and his colleagues.

Starter : trofie alla molinara (pasta from Liguria with a rich sauce from Abruzzo: beef sauce with ricotta and courgettes)
Main course: brasato di manzo con puré di patate (braised beef with mashed potatoes)
